Headed North

Today I am heading up North to a section of the island called Northmavine, to a town called Hillswick. I'm really excited for this portion of my trip.

But before I go, I wanted to talk a minute about Clickimins Broch. It's an acient dwelling from around 2,000 years ago on the island. It's built in a circular pattern, and the stones still remain today. It's amazing to be able to walk through the tunnels to get to the inside. You don't ever get an opportunity to walk through something like that in the States. I've posted the majority of the pictures over on facebook...you can view them here:

I truly do not know what kind of wifi connection I can access up north, so I might not be back to posting for awhile.
